mpressman discovered that the weekly refresh script failed hard at the "Run migrations" section before it could update the staging db password. He has updated it by hand, but alembic is still not running. "No module named pyhs2".
Fixed in bug 1058052 comment 4 (was using /usr/bin/alembic not the one in our virtualenv)
