steps to reproduce:
1. Find an app which is currently in a collection which is in the Feed (I used Chocolate Jewels app @ https://marketplace.allizom.org/)
2. Delist that app
3. Check the collection

expected behavior:
App is removed from the collection

actual behavior:
App continues to be listed in the collection

Since collection name updates also aren't reflecting, this is general to updated collections in general.
