Description

We had an ESR build fail to sign a MAR today because the signing token had expired. This is because Windows builds take approximately 1 forever to compile (this one took 5h25min).

This has officially merged to production now (just saying so to be extra clear, even though this was already there due to a double land)

The reconfigs as part of the release kickoff put this into production.
