By extending the likes of 'b2g_emulator_vm mozilla-central opt test reftest-20' to debug ? Those are labelled 'B2G ICS Emulator Opt' on TBPL.

We're running that in 20 chunks, taking 20 hours in total, on each push on each integration branch. Assuming debug will be slower, and we'll need more chunks to compensate, this will be a fairly big jump in infra load. Could you speak to what kind of problems this will catch that opt misses ?

Not by us; devs need to look at the tests running on cedar and determine why they're all crashing; once they're fixed it will be easy to get them running on trunk branches.  cc'ing Joe Cheng who can tell us if we care about this at all.
