The following page has text that goes further off to the right than Mozilla
allows the user to scroll.

Try the following.

1) Launch Fizzilla.

2) Go to the following site:

http://www.bsicomputer.com/

3) Look at their products along the right side of the page.

What happens: The text describing these items goes off further to the right than
Fizzilla allows me to scroll.

What should happen: Fizzilla should always allow me to scroll to the right to
read all the text.

This is a tables problem with computing table width inside of nowrap td's.
I'll attach a reduced testcase.

It looks like we've changed the way we lay out the page in question, thus hiding
the symptoms of some other problem, which is most likely bug 173277.
