This is a request from legal, about prototype products made by mobile partners.

Steps to complete this task:
- create directory under Legal-docs (Mika)
- convert the pdf file to github format (HTP)
- QA and cleanup file so it is  github ready (Peiying); create files
- Download file, localize it, and submit the file to github (HTP)
- Review and sign off by native speaker (Karen Ward coordinates)

Per communication during my absence, the Chinese version is already updated with the change.  I will fix the en-US in github so they are in sync.
