1058329 - Need to reactivate LDAP account

[[:jberkus] Josh Berkus]

I am under contract to Mozilla again covering for an employee on leave.  As such, please reactivate my LDAP account, which was allowed to expire with our last contract.

If my LDAP account has been expunged due to inactivity, then please create an account under "jberkus".

If it's active, I just need you to do a password reset then.  Like I said, I stopped renewing my password when my last contract expired.
