Details
On each button there is approximately 17px of a top padding and 21px of a bottom padding:

We should be consistent. It looks odd.

This seems to be a Chrome issue as the spacing seems perfect in FF. Can you confirm?

I've never seen line-height differences between Chrome and Firefox. Are we not properly resetting styles or something? I agree this isn't high priority if Firefox is fine, but it's still a bug.
