User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140716183446 Steps to reproduce: Opened up a website and opened responsive design view. Dragged the viewport and it just lags behind the cursor a lot. Actual results: When dragging the viewport in responsive design view, it's very laggy and not smooth to show the transitions between breakpoints. It is so laggy at points that it takes 3-5 seconds to catch up to the cursor movement. Expected results: Resizing the viewport in responsive design mode should have been smooth and not lagging behind the cursor.
What website are you testing with? I tested with "about:blank" and it's super-fast. (please, always include details when you report bugs - in this case, some more details about your machine and how slow/fast it is in general might be useful, too)
