???'s show up for parent imap folder message counts

Details
For parent imap folders, we only see ???'s for the counts until you click on the folder. This may be related to the folder cache; I'm not sure. It works for local mail folders, however.

OK, I have a fix for this (making sure nsImapMailFolder calls UpdateSummaryTotals for directories) which I will check in when the tree opens for m9. In order for the ???'s to go away, you will need to select the parent folder (i.e., load it in the thread pane), shutdown, and restart.

fixed as described above, and yes, it's all platforms.
Linux Redhat 6.0 (1999-08-16-08 M9) Win32 (1999-08-20-16 M9) Mac (1999-08-20-16 M9) This problem no long exists.
