I've been running with the following patches to sisyphus' build system.

1. Enable autoclobbering so we don't fail a build just because a clobber is required.
2. Enable gamepad when the Windows 8 sdk is detected.
3. Fix a subconfigure problem where the cygwin environment containing function definitions breaks the ability for subconfigure to read the environment variables from stdin.
4. Update the data rv's for the current releases.
