FYI, I also requested a similar features in treeherder (bug 1052397)
I agree. This would be very useful. We are frequently asked by others when builds will complete and I currently give very ballpark estimates based on my prior experience. Perhaps we can start by using average times like tbpl. Ideally we would have averages for each stage of the build process so that we can update each stage independently as improvements are made and we can report longer build times if, for ex, more partials are selected.
