looks like the fix for this is to: - move Bugzilla::Extension::MyDashboard::TimeAgo to Bugzilla::TimeAgo - and RequestNagger, MyDashboard, and UserProfile to use Bugzilla::TimeAgo - remove the "logic" in the "today" text, just return "last than a day ago" - add a step between "last decade" and "several decades ago" for "more than a decade ago"
