This could be a "bad html" issue.
Black-on-black. Try highlighting some of the text, and it shows up. Definetly a
bad-design-issue.

Look at the actual HTML, he isn't asking for black, he is
asking for <font color="#ff0000">

That isn't black.

Check out the css file view-source:http://q3.toocool.com/toocool.css where it
calls for font color #000000 which OVERrides the <font> tag .. poor coding.
