Details

Right now Yaocho's strings extraction for localization only works for JS code. It would be nice if it would look int html files, like the angular partials. Right now we are using work arounds to move those strings into JS so they can be extracted, but it would be nice to not need to.
Triaging old SUMO bugs. I have not heard of "Yaocho" before and since these are all from 2014 I am resolving as won't fix.
