Description:
When the default media location is set to internal, the user is unable to export contacts to the SD card. Instead, the contacts are exported to the internal storage.

Pre-requisite: Default media location is set to Internal from Settings> Media storage. Have at least one contact saved in the Contacts app.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140825040204.
2) Open the Contacts app.
3) Select the settings icon, then select Export Contacts > Memory card.
4) Select any contact, and select 'Export'.
5) Navigate to Settings, and enable USB storage.
6) Connect to a computer.
7) Navigate to the SD card memory drive on the computer.

Actual:
The contact is NOT exported to SD card. The contact is exported to the internal storage.

Expected:
The contact is properly exported to SD card, regardless the default media storage setting.
