I broke news post somewhere along the line. assigning to seth to take a look.
Seth, I've had lots of problems where we used to parse urls so I ripped up a lot
of that stuff. a good starting point would be in the nntp service where we form
the post url and then again in LoadUrl for the nntp protocol where we try to
parse the url again to figure out that it is a post message.
