When you receive a mail with a "To:" field very long, scrollbars disappear from
the message window and from the message list window.
If the message is bigger than the window size, you could not see the hole message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Send a mail with a very long "To:" field for example: "This is a very very
very long email address, this is a very very long address, very long
<[e-mail]>" and make the text in the mail bigger than the window size.
2.Go to "send" folder.
3.Clic on the message send.

Actual Results:  The scrollbars from the message window and from the message
list window disappear.
You cannot see the hole message if it is bigger than the message window.
If you move your mouse over the top buttons, the message list window is redraw.
The mozilla button is cutted by the side of the mail window.

There are several existing bugs out there about long headers causing problems, I
marked this a duplicate of one of those.
