We should ask our support forum users directly about their experience with support. That might give us an indicator of how many are actually satisfied with it compared to the "solved" rate, which is around 20% and probably not indicative for the satisfaction rate.

The survey should be sent to people who post a new question in the forum. I'm thinking 48 hours after the question is created.
We need more details.

Will we use survey gizmo? I am assuming we will. A campaign will need to be created over there so we add the email addresses to that campaign and we are done on our end.

Yep, this is just to already reserve some time in the sprint. I'll present this in tomorrows platform meeting and create the survey after that, assuming there is is no disagreement.

This got the green light and we can move forward. I'll create the survey and post the IDs here.
I think this is 1pt since it's similar to code we already have.

It should be a daily cron job that gets all the askers that asked a question on the calendar day (in Pacific time) the day before yesterday. Then it adds the email address of these askers to the campaign that is yet to be specified.

Adding a needs info so you remember to provide the IDs we need.

Deployed this to master and it should run for the first time this morning:

I'll keep an eye on the cronmail.
