Per Datazilla, Email cold startup numbers have regressed about 15 ms since 2.0 to 2.1.  

Environment: startup_>_moz-app-visually-complete, flame-319MB, workload = light.  human perception goal = 1000ms

* 2.0 (All numbers use median, looking at latest numbers from 8-20 to 8-25)

I just realized ~15ms regression is not worthwhile to dig into and worry about.   un'noming for 2.1
