Classifying failures is the #1 workflow when sheriffing using TBPL, since there are hundreds of intermittent failures per day that have to be classified - compared to perhaps performing a dozen backouts, half a dozen merges etc. The end to end UX for failure classification in treeherder is currently a lot slower than with TBPL, for lots of small but cumulatively painful reasons.
