Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Comm Dash landing page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/comm/
2. Press the Reply button.
Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
The "Post" button is not aligned properly.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF34 (Win 7). Issue also reproducing on MP-stage.
