I can't find the qe-verify flag in the various dropdowns in Advanced Search screens in Bugzilla. Does it need to be especially included? I expect to find it in Change History and Custom Search dropdowns. It also isn't included here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=quicksearch.html

I can't seem to query this flag from mediawiki-bugzilla, which I'm hoping is the same problem and will be fixed by changing whatever will fix the first problem! Thanks :)
When you search for regular flags (non-tracking/blocking) you need to use the Custom Search fields on the Advanced Search tab and select "Flags" in the first drop down. So for example to find bugs with qe-verify? you would do:

"Flags" "equals" "qe-verify?"
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 10 years ago
Resolution: --- → INVALID
