This page used to display fine a few days ago, but now nothing is displayed and if you dump the content model you'll see there's nothing in the BODY

Harish -- I think the DTD bug caused this. Please verify and close.

NULL character(s) was(were) seen in the middle of the raw buffer ( from netlib ).Conditioned the raw buffer by removing the unwanted null chars. Page renders fine :). Verified with Jul 30th build. BTW, this problem could be NECKO related. Marking the bug FIXED.
