Open URL and enter "garantie" in "Produktsuche". The descender of "g" will be cut off.

Also happening with HWA off or in safemode.

IE11 and Chrome 37 are fine.

The artifact disappears by changing the zoom level.
I tied in IE11, it's fine in all cases.
This is intentional: clipping occurs at the padding edge for text <input>s
and <textarea>.  Solution: remove the explicit 'height' or make sure it
fits an *arbitrary* font size (since the user controls that).
