Reproducible with Firefox 31.1.0 ESR (Build ID: 20140825060242)

STR:
1. Open Firefox
2. Load http://www.rebeccalouiselaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/example_pdf.pdf
3. Set the Zoom to Automatic Zoom
3. Click the input for page number
4. Change the page using keyboard UP and DOWN arrow keys

Expected results: The pages are changed.

Actual results: Input loses focus and instead of changing pages it scrolls through the document.

Notes:
1. This is reproducible on all OSs.

3. Reproduces with all Zoom options except for Page Fit.

mozilla-inbound stopped after getting to "inbound builds between 46d371e3875c and 834d7d50b741", so it seems  that bug 1045270 fixed this.
