After troubleshooting why the iPad wasn't connecting to Crestron, I rebooted the unit. Afterwards the right display is stuck in 4:3 display mode. Sorry If I caused this. AVDG can this be fixed remotely? Thanks

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question... Is the display in 4:3 even when a source is displayed, or just when there is a black screen showing? The display does look like it is in 4:3 mode if nothing is displayed usually, as the Crestron scalers output 640x480 by default. Jared is in the neighborhood, and can stop by a bit later if required. Let us know, and if a visit is required, let us know when the room is available. Thanks!
Hi John - Yes it is 4:3 with a source displayed. I don't think a visit is required if it can be fixed remotely.

The Vidyo box needed a reboot.  The display is no longer 4:3.
