We shouldn't checksum logincookies on bugzilla

Every once in a while the logincookies table in bugzilla gets a row that doesn't replicate properly. It's been a longstanding known feature and really doesn't harm anything. If the person who's logincookie is awry tries to access one of the read slaves, it'll force them to login again, that's all. I set the system not to checksum that table so we won't be getting future alerts on that table. :)
