B2G debug xpcshell has been bitten by multiple issues in the last day:
* The big MediaStreamGraph refactor introduced a big slowdown in runtime, causing some tests to take 5+ minutes to run that previous took 30 seconds.
* The performance regression was enough to push it up against the 7200sec timeout allowed by the harness.

To combat this, we split debug xpcshell into two chunks and doubled the maximum individual test runtime to 10min. Since that was done, we're *still* hitting 7200sec timeouts in xpcshell-1, we semi-frequently hit 1000sec mozharness timeouts in both chunks, we've seen a big spike in OCSP test failures in X2, and we're seeing tests intermittently hitting the newfound *10min* (!!!) max test time limit.

At this point, it's nearly perma-orange/red. We can't leave things like this in production and we can't backout the MSG refactor, so I've hidden it until all the issues above can be resolved.
I believe this was fixed by bug 1063265. Debug xpcshell runs turned green around when it landed on trunk and aurora.

Both chunks unhidden on Trunk and Aurora brances in TBPL.
