After Bug 1058158 lands, we'll need to solve this.

Using mozilla-central builds on device, I can run https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/marionette/client/marionette/tests/unit/test_import_script.py in the test-container application and it can call chmod on the file it creates with no problems, but if I run this test in an emulator, then we get:

15:07:42     INFO -  08-26 18:01:40.291 E/Sandbox (  809): seccomp sandbox violation: pid 809, syscall 15, args 1141123608 438 1109378008 40 1139217232 438.  Killing process.

qDot speculated that it might be a difference between ICS and JB...
