Details

We have a lot of special cases in AppChrome for browser windows which behave quite differently.

I wonder whether when we eventually create BrowserWindow to extend AppWindow, we should also create BrowserChrome to extend AppChrome so that BrowserChrome is a superset of AppChrome functionality.
