From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:0.9.5+)

BuildID: 2001102119

When clicking on a link that leads to a file, the save file dialog pops up. The
filename is displayed, but the first two characters are missing. I recognized
this bug in milestone 0.95 first. The bug not always appears, and I really can't
reproduce, when this happens, and when not. I often get this bug, when
downloading files from fileplanet (via the fileplanet xfer servers with download
queue), but it also happened on other pages.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a file for downloading on fileplanet.com
2. Choose a link that leads to a fileplanet server with download-queue (can be
identified with wait time not displayed as "NA")
3. Commit "lets go" on the new queue window
4. when you are the first on the queue, leftclick on the link to the file.

Actual Results: The "Choose name of file ..." dialog pops up, and the first two
characters of the filename are missing

Expected Results: The filename should be complete

My windows version is Windows XP, not Windows NT.

In some nightly builds this problem seemed to be fixed (I checked this at the
end of October and the beginning of November, and it worked fine, but with the
0.96 milestone the error is still there.
