By his email address, he appears to be Staff; if so, ack. Our understanding was that IntranetWiki is automaticcally granted to all staff?

hmmm according to ldap, Zach already has access;
cn=IntranetWiki,ou=groups,dc=mozilla

Are you trying to access a particular URL?
Also, where did you get the information that you need IntranetWiki access to access Tableau?

I believe that's outdated.
Ben (no longer @ Zilla), which wrote that code perhaps forgot to update to correct ldap group. As per error, you should still be able to access the URL.

As for the correct ldap group, it would be "tableau_users" if you actually do need privileged access. This does indeed require an ack from Annie, which she approved above however lets first verify what is it that you need.

Do you need the privileged access or you just need to be able to browse the reports/dashboards?

Chatted with Zaach via IRC.

He has the needed access to just view the reports/dashboards.

Issue is truly with the wording of that error message which essentially after refreshing the URL (if the automatic redirection doesn't work) will load the current content.
