Description:
The caret cursor is hidden behind the word suggestion bar in the sms app.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140827040203
2) SMS > Create a new message
3) Type a word into the message entry field
4) Long press in the middle of the word to make the caret appear
  
Actual:
The caret cursor is hidden behind the word suggestion bar.
  
Expected: 
The caret cursor is fully visible in front of the word suggestion bar.

The caret cursor is a new feature on v2.1 and is not implemented in v2.0 or v1.4.
