More visual clean up effort - minimal changes to just tie the inconsistencies down.
The first step was padding and margins, next are the actual visible elements on the page including the images in the grid, labels, hit states, empty states.
Attaching a WIP from bug 1052933 (padding and margins), labeling on the top sites grid items are center aligned but it was just an experiment so best to probably ignore that. All other elements are again, still WIP. :)
