User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Using a ZTE Open C as a second phone with a foreign SIM card (roaming). Cell coverage is not great and the issue is that it keeps receiving network messages saying what network the phone just connected to. Using it with UK SIM card does not reveal the issue. I've recently been to Sweden where I tried the sames roaming setup. The issue did not reveal itself. A brief discussion on stackoverflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25323326/network-messages-when-connecting-to-network) might help troubleshoot this issue. Actual results: Multiple STK commands receive continuously. Expected results: No messages should be continuously sent.
