User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Read a message and click home screen button. 
Lock the screen.
When a new message is received (from another number), pull the system messages down an click the received message.


Actual results:

The number of the sender of the new message is correct but the messages are from the message I was reading previously. If the back button is clicked, it shows the overall list of messages very briefly and automatically shows the correct message.


Expected results:

Either be sent to the overall list of messages or send be shown the correct message.

Which version of Gaia are you using? Could this be a duplicate of bug 988726?

I' running FF OS version 1.3.0.o Gecko 28.0. 

I'm not sure if it's the same issue but it is, at least, related. And it only happens I leave the last message open. If go back to the main list of message before leaving the message app, it doesn't happen.

Yes, that sounds like bug 988726 alright. That got fixed after 1.3 but we never figured out what was causing the issue. In case would you be able to test a more recent build on your device?

I'll figure out how to get a new version in there since the latest version in ZTE site is still 1.3.0.0

OK, if you feel adventurous though you can also roll your own build but I don't recommend it unless you know what you're doing. There's also some community-produced 1.4 builds around but the same "use at your own risk" reccomendation applies to those.

* Even after a reboot?
* If you can enable the logs, it would help if you can record them while the bug happens.
