It's Labor Day in the United States and Canada, a national holiday for both countries. You filed this bug a day ago and are demanding fixes less than 24 hours later for a bug. Please review the Bugzilla etiquette guide: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=etiquette.html

Usually with bugs like these, we want to set the appropriate keywords when confirming the status of a bug and provide the details necessary to make the bug actionable.

E.g,

Last good revision: 63f44b4968c2 (2014-07-22)
First bad revision: 82df3654cd80 (2014-07-23)

Pushlog:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=63f44b4968c2&tochange=82df3654cd80

From that we can investigate the integration branches:

Last good revision: f604cdbc6e85
First bad revision: b489ff052163

Pushlog:

https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/pushloghtml?fromchange=f604cdbc6e85&tochange=b489ff052163

Either one of: Bug 1015474, Bug 1037177, Bug 984711

Thanks for the bug report & for tracking down the regression range.

This issue (scrolling problems at i100.independent.co.uk ) is already tracked in bug 1057683. It's a known consequence of a spec change, and it requires a fix on the website's side -- see bug 1057683 comment 2 for more info.
