User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140722064054 Steps to reproduce: Hi, On one of my email accounts, I could not load the content from my emails. Email domain : phyks.me I have another email address on this email domain (hosted by OVH), so the settings on the server side should be similar, but I don't have any error with the other one. Actual results: Emails headers are loaded, but not content. When I click on an email, it's loading the content and the content never loads. It keeps loading… adb logcat does not seem to output any relevant information concerning Gaia:Email. I can provide any information needed. Expected results: Email should have been displayed.
Moving to the e-mail component.
Component: General → Gaia::E-Mail
Probably the most useful way to provide a logcat would be to: - Set the account with the problem as the default account so we display it when we start up. - Start logging to disk before launching the email app (ex: "adb logcat > email.log") - Launch the email app - Stop logging when you've reproduced the failure to load the mail body contents. What is likely happening is folder sync failing and/or some operation is failing and holding onto the mutex. Note that both of these things should no longer be happening on the v2.1 trunk, although there is a class of errors that still might trigger.

Ever confirmed: true
Sorry, I did not have even 5 minutes to handle it. I just gave it a try. First, when I connected to the wifi and opened the email account, the content of the emails got gathered correctly, which was the first time I could see it for this account. So, I decided to remove the account and try again, and the problem got back. I attached the logcat output to the bug, but I'm not sure it provides many infos… P.S.: I'm running Firefox OS 1.3 on ZTE Open C.
Attached file `adb logcat` output
Thanks for the log; this is bug 1012222 about us being unhappy about reported folders without parents. This likely largely interacts with your bug 1060955 as well. Note that bug 1012222 is likely resolved on trunk. I'm going to try and conclusively close that out now. We may end up taking a fix from upstream as part of closing that out.
