Steps to reproduce:

I have upgraded to version 31 this morning automatically and have a few compatibility issues which did not exist previously. When I reply to an email it used to give approximately three line breaks so it would separate the original text to my reply which was written above. After the update it does not have any line breaks and these must be installed manually. The forward email still works correctly and provides three line breaks to separate new text from the original text

Happened after update to version 31


Expected results:

When you select reply to an email it should have three line breaks as it has had for years previously. Now it does not have any line breaks at all ?  It requires you to position the cursor and select enter three times to allow the normal amount of room for your reply

Hello Wayne, the problem went away after I made some changes in the user configuration file from memory. I found somewhere on the Internet some settings that needed to be changed to stop the problem from happening. I did this and Everything has been working well until the latest update. If I am replying to an email and I press the enter key, you would expect it to give you one blank line and then the next paragraph would start on the following line and it happens like this around 50% of the time but on other occasions it has reverted back to adding to blank lines and then starts the next paragraph ?
