STR:
1. Toggle the USB Storage option to enabled and select UMS protocol
2. Plug the phone into Desktop/Laptop
3. Go to Settings and toggle the USB Storage option to disabled
Expect result:
Pop-up a dialog to inform user: "Under UMS mode, to complete the action, please unplug USB cable."
Actual result:
No dialog pop-up and could not show the full sentence
