Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings and enable USB Storage
2. Copy some pics from device and then disable USB Storage
3. Unplug USB cable.
4. Take some pictures or screenshots and the open Gallery

Expected results:
Gallery should be opened with all the pictures

Actual results:
Gallery is not opened, please see the attached screenshot.

Closing the app and then reopening does not solve the issue, however after a reboot gallery is opened with no errors.
