Seen on Mac OSX 10.1, windows 98, and linux rehhat 6.2
(commercial build: 2001-10-120-11-0.9.4)

1. Launch the above build.
2. Select Tasks > Mails & NewGroups.
3. Notice that the scroll bar (on the right) is so tiny. It's very
hard to grab it up and down. Screenshot will attach

Seth, are we overriding the scrollbar thumb in any way? If not we should reassign.

Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed
if time allows.
