Steps:
- Load https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging
- Click "Linux/unix" on the content table
- Press <Home> or <End> key
- Press <F5>

Result:
The page refreshes but it doesn't scroll down/up to https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging#Linux.2Funix

Expected result:
The refreshed page should scroll down/up to https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging#Linux.2Funix
Regular refresh explicitly preserves current scroll position (as well as other state like values of form controls, etc).

Note that this behavior is even interoperable in all browsers I have to test right this second (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE)!

In Firefox, shift-refresh will forget the scroll position, along with other page state. This may not be the case in other browsers, of course.
