Steps to reproduce:

Open https://www.o2.co.uk/freesim/
Click on the blue circled small "i" on the left column


Actual results:

The popup window opens, but it is blank


Expected results:

Same steps in IE show properly the popup window content
The site is mixed content. So Firefox blocked.
If you want to allow it, click content-blocked-notification-icon in Location Bar and choose Disable protection.
