User Story

As a Helpee, I can set a friendly name, so that I can decide how other users identify me.

Acceptance criteria:
* Helpee can access his profile from the “Gears” button
* Helpee can tap the name section to edit the name
* Helpee can hit “Done” to save the changes or “Cancel” to discard the changes
- From now on every question or comment submitted will use the new name 
- Previously submitted comments will be updated with the new name

This will probably be the first bug where we implement the settings UI so this user story should include that time.
