[User Story] As a helper who has defined his profile, I receive OS notifications when new questions matching my skills are raised so that I can answer them quickly
As a helper who has defined his profile, I receive OS notifications when new questions matching my skills are raised so that I can answer them quickly Acceptance criteria: * When the helper has not opened the BuddyUp application for X days, he receives a system notification on his phone -The notification displayed is as follows: BuddyUp has <number of questions matching the helper profile> new questions, click to read and answer questions. - everything wording related will be confirmed by tech writer -If there are no new questions matching the helper profile after X days, no notification is sent * If the helper has turned off notifications on new questions he won’t receive this notification * If the helper is offline at the time of the comment submission, he won’t receive the notification * Tapping the notification will take the helper to the “Answer a question” screen on the “New” tab

We discussed that it's hard to track when people have been in BuddyUp so hard to send notifications when a helper has not used BuddyUp for X days. Other options we want to assess with tech input: - Can we send notifications based on "the helper has not been sending a notification for X days"? - Can we send notifications at fixed intervals regardless of helper activity? Kadir I NI you as I understand you'll clarify with developers.
Romain, what does this mean? "the helper has not been sending a notification for X days"? you mean the user has not posted anything for x days?
Yes sorry :)

Triaging old SUMO bugs. AFAIK buddy up is no longer supported and not under active development, so closing these out as won't fix.
