Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to settings and  choose Display
2. Go to Brightness and uncheck the "Adjust automatically" option.
5. Slide the slider left or right.

Expected results:
Brightness should change and will properly adjust the brightness.

Actual results:
Nothing happens after sliding the slider. The brightness is not changed at all.

Not reproducible on 2.2 version, flame device:
