Not sure what to make of that information, but I found this while looking at the list of top crashers among sessions attempting Direct3D 11 layers (i.e. prerelease channels on Windows). There, it is the 25th topcrasher. Could cursor-related crashiness be somehow related to OMTC/Direct3D 11?
