Here's a reduced testcase. Boris, can you look at the CSS in this testcase? My
CSS fu is too weak to say whether this is the expected behaviour.

The expected behavior for the testcase is that the text inside the <p> overlaps 
the text following it.  Just looked at the site, and they have the following 
beautiful CSS rule:

h4   { margin-bottom: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; height: 0px }

Any sane CSS-compliant browser (IE5.x-windows in quirks mode is not such a 
browser) will render the content of such an <h4> overlapping whatever content 
comes after the <h4>, assuming that overflow on the <h4> is "visible" (which it 
is by default).
